Dining Room The dining area seats four people comfortably. Kitchen This is a very well equipped kitchen, offering fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave etc. 1 Bathroom(s) / Toilet(s) Description The bathroom is complete with bath, shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet 2 Bedroom(s) Description There is a spacious L-shaped bedroom, which separates for privacy, with a double bed in the main room and bunk-beds in the childrens area. There is also a cot if required.

About the Location La Chouette is situated within our home grounds in La Salmonie. Although we are situated in the commune of Chirac, we are actually on the D29, minutes out of the lovely market town of Chabanais, with many more attractions within the surrounding areas.
Notes for guests DEPOSIT - A non-refundable deposit of 25% will be required at the time of booking (this would only be refunded under special proven circumstances), with the balance due 10 weeks prior to your stay. For bookings made within the 10 week period the full amount will be due. DAMAGE DEPOSIT - Whilst we are sure that all our guests will take the greatest of care while staying in their gite, we do require that a 'damage deposit' of £100 is paid with the balance. This will be held and returned to you, in full, if appropriate, within 7 days of your departure. Thank you We do ask that guests leave the property as they would wish to find it. All ben linen, towels and tea towels are provided free of charge, though we do not provide beach towels. We have a private lake, which is there, free of charge, for dad's to go fishing or wishing to teach their children to fish, or simply escape ! (dad's that is). Obviously a parent must be with their children at all times.
Notes on Rates Why not take advantage of our 'early booking discount'. All holidays booked three months in advance will benefit from a 5% discount. Prices are per week. Jan, Feb, March, Oct, Nov £205 April, May, Dec £245 June & Sept £290 July & August £375
