This gite has been converted to a very high standard and offers accommodation for up to four people. Previous guests have loved it here and we really enjoy providing something which is so much appreciated.

Entertainment is provided by satellite TV, DVD abd CD players. THere is a selection of books and games available. The groundfloor has doors both back and front opening out onto private patio areas where you can eat your breakfast in the morning sun or relax in the evening with a glass of wine in your hand. Dining Room A folding table and chairs provides dining facilities for four people. Kitchen The cottage style kitchen has cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and all the crockery, glass ware and utensils neede for family cooking. 1 Bathroom(s) / Toilet(s) Description Shower room with shower cubicle, w.c. wash hand basin and heated towel rail, just opposite the bedroom. 1 Bedroom(s) Description Attractive open=tread wooden stairs take you upstairs to a high ceilinged bedroom that has a superking size bed and plenty of wardrobe space and has a lovely view over the garden and the pool.

Cognac is a charming and characterful town with an interesting produce market, jazz festival and a variety of cognac distilleries. You've tasted Remy Martin, now go for a visit and sniff it straight from the barrel. St Jean d'Angely is a picturesque market town with swimming pool complex, river and lake. Further afield are the fascinations of La Rochelle, Rochefort, Ile de Ré and some lovely seaside towns.
