In the living room you will find a TV, DVD, UK satellite channels and a laptop loaded up with Secure,free WiFi internet access & email facilities. Linen and towels are included in with the rental price, but please bring your own pool towels.

Dining Room The dining table is positioned in the kitchen and can be extended to seat 8 people. A high chair is also provided for younger children. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with enough crockery & cutlery for up to 9 people. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven and microwave. 2 Bathroom(s) / Toilet(s) Description The house contains two bathrooms - one on the ground floor leading off the kitchen (with toilet, basin and shower) and the other on the first floor (with bath, shower, basin and separate toilet). 3 Bedroom(s) Description The house can sleep up to eight people, plus a baby, with a large double bedroom, two twin rooms and a metal-framed sofa bed available in the living room. The master bedroom has lovely views towards the village church and the two twin rooms each overlook the swimming pool, gardens and have views to the Marais beyond. If you have a young child, we can provide a free cot, high chair, changing facilities and other essentials for your visit.

About the Location Le Vieux Café is situated in the small village of Lairoux, approximately 10 minutes away from Luçon. The house has stunning views across the Marais and there are many lovely walks to follow through the countryside. You will be spoilt for choice when trying to decide which beach to visit! There are over 25km of sandy beaches only 20 minutes away. The coastal towns of L’Aiguillon, La Tranche sur Mer & La Faute are nearby, with Les Sables D’Olonne a little further up the coast. We are also only 40 minutes away from La Rochelle, 60 minutes from Nantes and 70 minutes from Poitiers (Futuroscope theme park).
Notes for guests Transport is essential as we are located in a rural area. Le Vieux Café shares the heated swimming pool with our other gite -L'Ecurie.
Notes on Rates For high season bookings (May-September), the changeover day is a Saturday, however, we can be more flexible outside these dates. The prices shown are per week and include all bed linens and towels, except pool towels. Please note that in order to secure your booking we ask that you complete the online Booking Form on our website and send a 30% non-refundable deposit for the total cost of the holiday. A £100 Security deposit is required and this should be sent along with the Booking Form. The remaining balance must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
