About the Location Halfway between two reasonably sized towns with all facilities. Montbard has a 1 hour service to Paris by TGV, also a slower service. Trains to Dijon, Lyon, Switzerland The new line from Reims to Strasbourg is open, making trips to Germany and Italy possible. Montbard has a very good weekly market on Friday, with a huge selection of meat, fish, cheese, vegetables.
Notes for guests The house is a wonderful place to relax, but there are chateaux, vineyards, museums, interesting towns, all within reasonable driving distance. The people are warm and friendly.
