Saint Pierre de Frugie Dordogne (24), Aquitaine Description : Le Hameau des Abeilles is a small hamlet of four houses, set in their own landscaped garden, and each with its own private terraced area. Each house has a lovely spacious, bright room with a dining area and cosy sitting area, furnished with French style large table and chairs and comfy leather sofas. The room has a wall of lovely exposed local stone, and a wood burner for the chillier evenings in early autumn. A completely private, sheltered terrace is accessed through large double doors from the dining room - perfect for outside dining or a glass of wine at sunset. There are also French doors out onto a rear terrace making the room lovely and bright. The kitchen is large and very well equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge. It has lovely beechwood units with plenty of storage space. Each has three double bedrooms so sleeps six people comfortably. There is a lovely pool and terrace area which is shared by just the four houses. Access is from a private laneway off a quiet country road on the edge of the village of Saint Pierre de Frugie. |
