About the Location The house is set in a semi-rural location just 1 mile away from the pretty mediaeval village of Le Faou which boasts 5 restaurants, 2 bakeries, several bars and all essential shops. The N165 dual-carriageway is less than 5 minutes away, giving very easy access to all of Brittany's attractions.

Notes on Rates To take advantage of cheaper ferry crossings, changeover day is on Tuesdays but out of season we're very happy to change this to whichever day is better for you. Rental rates include water, electricity, heating, gas, logs, also bedlinen and towels including pool/beach towels, so no extra charges anywhere. Arrival and departure times can be arranged to suit you depending on other bookings. We will require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total to secure your booking and then the balance 6 weeks before your holiday, together with a refundable security deposit of £300.
