Les Etables: Holiday Rental Cottages in the beautiful Aquitaine region, Lot-et-Garonne, southwest France Labretonie Lot et Garonne (47), Aquitaine Description : Recharge your batteries in the heart of the french countryside in the undiscovered Lot-et-Garonne renowned for its food, its wine and its joie de vivre !. This well equipped gite (country cottage) has been created in the original barn of this old farmhouse and many original features such as beams and stone walls have been retained. Whether you are a couple, a family or a larger group we can organise the accommodation to meet your needs. The gite can be arranged as a two bedroomed or 4 bedroomed gite offering accommodation for 2 - 8. When booked as a larger gite (i.e.for 8) there is a third shower room on the ground floor and an extra dining area with a large table.
Description of the property
Floor Area : m² 1 Lounge Area(s) Description Comfortable sofas and a log burning stove make this a cosy room in low season and in the height of summer the thick walls and good insulation make it a cool retreat from the summer sun. A bookcase full of books is there for you to make you choice and a TV/DVD with a library of DVDs for you to borrow, all chosen to blend together to create a home away from home. Dining Room There is a dining area for 4 and if booked for a larger group a second larger dining room is available. There are full place settings, table mats, and cutlery. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with has cooker, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, a range of cooking pans and dishes and sharp knives!! We also supply basic kitchen consumables including rice, flour, herbs, olive oil and all cleaning materials. 3 Bathroom(s) / Toilet(s) Description 4 Bedroom(s) Description The gite has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom for bookings up to 4 people and 2 double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms for bookings up to 8 people. All house linen, towels and pool towels are provided.
